Description

As a Caffe Macs O&M Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of our Caffe Macs Services Team, supervising a team of technicians’ staff, and ensuring repair and/or preventative maintenance tickets are addressed. Be a go-to person when the team need support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility environment, with a focusing making buildings outstanding workplaces.

  • Experience with some level of personnel management as this role will interact with team members where there is a higher level of tactical approval.

  • Vocational school or prior experience of O&M in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience managing and overseeing vendors including the business/administration.

  • Remain flexible and prepared to adapt to work schedule adjustments and changing priorities.

  • Possess strong critical-thinking skills and are a proactive problem solver.

  • Deliver high-quality results, with minimal direction, in fast-paced kitchen environment where expectations are high and timelines are challenging.

  • Ability to confidently and directly employ technology into daily duties.

  • Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with software for calendar/scheduling, spreadsheets and word processing.

  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate with, or to direct others, including couriers and outside vendors.

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills, including timely and clear reporting, as well as an ability to maintain standard operating procedures.

  • Prepare regular reports, perform audits on various operations and evaluate processes as per business requirements.
