The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

The Digital Demand Generation team, within USCM, is responsible for delivering best-in-class marketing through Affiliate, Paid Media and Paid Search to drive intent & conversion of qualified applicants in the competitive digital landscape.

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in the operations for all of Affiliate Marketing – one of the largest channels in offsite digital.

This individual will lead the end-to-end reporting and analytics, forecasting, invoicing and competitive insights program across the Affiliate programs, and is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to be at the forefront of a highly visible and complex channel, working cross-functionally with key stakeholders and having great visibility with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, proactive, tenacious, with great attention to detail and demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with analytics teams to build analytical narratives on channel performance and make recommendations on strategy enhancements

  • Lead channel budget management including driving channel efficiencies through ongoing optimization strategies

  • Development and maintain of predictive affiliate bounty model based on in-depth historical analysis

  • Owner of channel forecasting and reconciliation, leading all channel strategic business planning meetings and deliverables

  • Oversee competitive insights and developing perspective on impacts to performance

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders like finance, analytics, attributions, and budget management teams, as well as external partners and agencies

  • Provide ad hoc assistance with Affiliate projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience, preferably in financial services

  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel

  • Highly organized, collaborative, works well under pressure, solution-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated, with the ability to balance multiple priorities with tight deadlines

  • Outstanding communicator and comfort in a cross-functional Strategic and creative problem solver with intellectual curiosity, passion for challenging the status quo to proactively find opportunities, and ability to anticipate challenges while providing solutions

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
