The US SME Customer Marketing team deepens relationships with existing customers by delivering relevant, value-driven engagement across the customer lifecycle.
Thisrole will leadinnovative marketing treatments at American Expressto drivespend and engagement among our Middle Market Corporate clients and card members. This Senior Manager will own Corporate Membership Rewards Spend & Get Offers marketing across digital and dialogic channels. This person will lead marketing to Program Administrators in Middle Market corporate clients, enrolled in Corporate MR, through surround sound marketing channels, including email, as well as partnering with the Field to promote the offers. Finally, this person will also support other high priority initiatives as needed, such as our strategy to automate the offers program, enhance and integrate personalized data into our marketing communications, and engage Program Administrators.
Responsibilities
Lead strategy and deployment for Corporate Membership Rewards (CMR) Offers campaigns.
Work with Capabilities and Product teams to develop, test, deploy new offer types and lead automation work to accelerate our next phase.
Lead documentation and partner with control management to develop and implement updated RCSA controls, proactively identifying areas of risk.
Partner closely with Data & Analytics teams and Finance to evaluate offer results, improve targeting and segmentation, and formulate go-forward strategies.
Lead discussions with Senior Leadership to sell-in corporate offers and set the stage for continued funding and growth.
Innovate and pilot new offer types.
Develop a surround sound strategy to promote offer, including email, @ Work and Field.
Own and manage budget for CMR offers, ensuring precision in forecasting and commentary.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing, added plus for GCS Corporate experience or interest
Highly commercial, analytically-minded
Track record of spearheading innovative, best-in-class marketing
Exceptional abilities to challenge the status quo and self-start
Ability to influence at all levels and across varied job functions
Eagerness and curiosity to learn, and desire to teach others
Ability to translate insights and analytics into actionable plans
Flexible attitude open to pivoting to take on new opportunities and job scope
Strong people leadership skills with a focus on developing talent
A positive, can-do mindset and desire to have fun and create a strong team culture
