Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Content Strategy

Job Description
As Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Content Strategy, you will build and lead the content engine that powers Product & Partner Marketing across the Global & Large Enterprises segment.
Product & Partner marketing is a strategic, full-funnel marketing function and high-quality, consistent, and scalable content is critical to our success. This role will define how we bring our product stories to life across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints.
You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Field, and other Marketing teams to translate product strategies into compelling, customer-centric narratives and assets. You will also manage agency relationships and ensure content is delivered with high quality, consistency, and speed.
You will manage a Content Specialist and foster a culture of storytelling excellence, operational rigor, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop and own the content strategy aligned to product priorities, GTM plans, and customer growth initiatives
Translate product positioning and messaging into clear, compelling narratives across formats and channels
Build and maintain scalable messaging frameworks, content playbooks, and asset templates
Serve as a cross-functional content lead, partnering with GTM and Client Adoption teams to support campaign needs
Define content requirements and priorities across campaigns, launches, and lifecycle initiatives
Manage agency relationships and oversee external content development (e.g., videos, digital assets)
Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across all customer-facing materials
Establish content production workflows and governance to improve speed and quality
Review and approve key assets including presentations, one-pagers, emails, and event materials
Incorporate performance insights and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine content strategy
Manage and develop one Content Specialist
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in content strategy, product marketing, or B2B marketing
Strong experience developing messaging frameworks and sales enablement content
Experience managing creative agencies or external vendors
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Strong project management and prioritization skills
Demonstrated experience managing and developing direct reports
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and quality
