Description
In this role you will provide financial support to various leaders, requiring excellent communication skills, and a strong business acumen. Apple is seeking a Financial Analyst to support initiatives including supply chain “what if” business cases, supply chain cost savings initiatives with operational partners, and P&L forecasts. This role will partner at all levels with both regional and global teams including Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Materials Planning, and Trade Compliance. The successful candidate is a proven leader who embraces change, offers new perspectives, detail-oriented, and constantly looks for new and improved ways to achieve results. You must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while completing a variety of complex, non-standardized tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years experience in financial analysis with increasing responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Outstanding communication and presentation skills to various levels of the organization
Solid analytical & financial modeling background
Must have strong track record of delivering high quality work under tight deadlines
Creative and curious self starter
Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Enthusiastic willingness to learn new technologies and spaces
Capable of grasping essentials in unstructured complex situations
Detail oriented and highly organized
The ability to work to deadlines and on multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with and influence business partners
Champion for continuous improvement and innovative approaches
Strong Excel skills, experience with enterprise software systems (SAP) and tableau/SQL databases a plus
