Software Engineer III

Job Description
We are seeking a React Developer to join the One Identity team. This role is an individual contributor responsible for designing and developing modern web components that power critical digital authentication and authorization experiences.
You will contribute to the architecture, development, and testing of scalable front-end applications, working closely with engineers, product partners, and platform teams. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable UI components using React
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, performant, and accessible user experiences
Translate product requirements into high-quality technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern JavaScript practices
Develop and execute unit and integration tests using React Testing Library
Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and performance
Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, and developer experience
Contribute to technical discussions and help drive best practices across the team
Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in front-end development
Strong proficiency in React , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with React Hooks and functional component patterns
Experience with state management tools such as Redux and/or Context API
Experience with React Testing Library or similar testing frameworks
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
Familiarity with JSON and web service technologies
Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications
Experience working in agile development environments
