The Corporate FP&A team is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the Spend team. This high-impact, high-visibility role offers a unique opportunity to support and influence company-wide financial planning efforts, including monthly Spend, Headcount and CapEx forecast processes, Quarter-End reporting and the Annual Plan. In this role you will have the opportunity to analyze financial performance and present business drivers to senior leadership, work closely with cross-functional Finance teams throughout Apple, and drive continuous improvement in process, reporting and data analytics. The role requires a solid business understanding, analytical skill, exceptional interpersonal skills, and an uncompromising attention to detail.
Description
This exciting opportunity entails the following responsibilities:
- Ensure clear communication of forecast cadence, deliverables and objectives for both regular and ad-hoc requests to meet business goals.
- Prepare monthly forecasts and analyze key financial and business performance indicators across WW Finance to provide a cohesive and insightful narrative on what drives Headcount and Spend.
- Partner with central Finance teams and CFO Staff members to deliver cohesive financial narratives and executive-level presentations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insightful analytics and drive efficient communication of business drivers to enable executive management to make informed decisions
- Proactively seek areas of inconsistencies in process, analysis or reporting in order to drive consistency and better business analytics.
- Take on additional ad hoc requests/projects as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of professional Finance experience with a preference for FP&A experience
Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
Proven experience building and managing complex financial models in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
Exceptionally organized, with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear narratives
Able to work effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt to evolving priorities
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and capable of developing constructive partnerships across all levels of the organization
Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement with a passion for automation
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
