The Director, Account Development, will lead a team responsible for the overall growth, retention and deepening of client relationships within strategic accounts in GCG. The Director team is comprised of trusted advisors at the Manager level who provide Clients with strategic and proactive consultation on a variety of business objectives and payment solutions. The Director will help their team to identify, develop and manage multiple relationships across the Client’s organization in order to ensure strong collaboration and prioritization and of key initiatives.
Qualifications
5- 10 years of relevant experience in Client Management, Strategy, Sales, Account Development, or Change Management
Manage a portfolio of accounts; develop engagement strategies for growth
Conduct periodic strategic account reviews with decision makers and key stakeholders within each company periodically.
Exceptional relationship building experience, including the ability to develop relationships with and influence leadership teams across the organization
Strong understanding of treasury and procurement concepts and related technologies
Experience Managing External Client Relationships preferably with large complex global organizations
Entrepreneurial spirit with a solid ability to acquire knowledge and present products and financials
Committed leader with a track record of developing and inspiring others
Strong problem solving and analysis abilities
Excellent written & verbal communications skills and presentation skills
Ability to think creatively, approach sales enablement from new angles, and manage up, down and across the organization
Strong financial and analytical background
Results-oriented. Attention to detail and innovative thought leader

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
