Summary
We are looking for a driven, collaborative, and highly skilled Program Manager to lead regulatory compliance programs, projects, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with partners, understand their goals and objectives, and help navigate conflicts and competing priorities with diplomacy and data-driven insights.

Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience running global multiple end-end complex technical and non-technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
At least 3+ years of direct experience working on regulatory and compliance-focused projects.
Ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and fostering team collaboration.
BS/BA degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organization skills with acute attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will be a great teammate and motivated self-starter, comfortable working in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Curious, flexible and a dedicated problem solver. Listening and learning are key.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to clearly organize and convey information across functions and levels.
Ability to multi-task, own activities across diverse business units and geographical boundaries.
Comfortable expressing a point of view and inspiring change and encourage others to identify benefits, risks, and mitigation plans when influencing project decisions
Experience with Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and other P tools preferred; familiarity with project management software like Wrike or Omniplan is a plus.
MBA or an advanced degree, PMP certification.
