The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The US Consumer Marketing Enablement Team (MET) delivers omni-channel marketing campaigns as part of our broader US Consumer business objective to scale acquisition, increase customer engagement, and accelerate revenue momentum.
The Senior Manager of Cobrand Enablement Strategy and Planning will report to the Director of Marketing Enablement Operations & Strategy. This individual will be responsible for the centralized campaign planning and strategy of bringing cobrand marketing initiatives to market, assessing operational feasibility and capacity management. The role will lead the end-to-end project execution management across a team of over 120 marketers, with a focus on product launches, compliance updates, and cross-channel coordination. They will partner closely with cross-functional teams like the broader Marketing Enablement Team (MET), Strategy & Go-to-Market, Marketing Transformation, Enterprise Comms and MarTech Experiences (ECMX), Prospect, Partner, Customer Growth Marketing (PPCG), Loyalty Marketing, among others. A successful Sr. Manager has strong communication skills, excels in building strong partnerships, and has a passion for bringing structure and order to complex, creative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning: Liaise with key strategy and operations partners to understand planned US Consumer product implementations, while voicing any operational risk concerns; play an active role aligning cross-functional partners to those plans and educating them on our goals
Project Management: Develop detailed and sequenced marketing execution plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones while actively managing changes to project scope, schedule, and resourcing
Process Innovation: Implement net-new broadscale marketing strategies – evaluating goals, investigating enablement limitations, and developing new processes for successful launch. Additionally, partner with marketing operations teams to innovate marketer experiences.
Compliance Enablement: Coordinate execution plans for standard cross-channel compliance updates, ensuring 100% adherence; perform proactive risk management for each project to minimize unexpected risks
Coordinate internal resources to meet project deadlines
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Facilitate meetings, track decisions, and ensure actions are followed up on
Qualifications:
Previous experience in marketing execution, marketing strategy and/or capabilities
Project management expertise, balancing short and long-term needs to drive projects to completion across many teams, functions and levels
Impressive planning and organization with ability to lead highly interdependent, complex initiatives and keep various workstreams on track
Excellent collaborator with outstanding verbal and written skills to independently influence across and upwards
Experience with and passion for cross-team leadership and collaboration, establishing a team culture committed to learning, development, and accountability
Bachelor's Degree Required

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
