How will you make an impact in this role?
Ensuring we have the right compensation in place for employees and ensuring that our incentive plans drive business results is core to delivering on our company strategic imperatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributing member of Incentive Design & Governance (IDG) team. This role will report to the Vice President, IDG, and is responsible for leading a team to oversee and consult on incentive compensation in multiple business units as well as wider total compensation activities and projects that drive performance and rewards.
Responsibilities:
Act as the incentive compensation and governance center of excellence (COE) for multiple business units and the Colleague Strategic Partner (CSP) community, advising on incentive guiding principles, processes, and policies
Serve as Secretary to the Incentive Governance Committee, overseeing the end-to-end committee process from agenda setting and material preparation, to stakeholder engagement and decision documentation, ensuring all matters presented for review are fully vetted, risk-balanced, and aligned with enterprise standards
Continuously evolve the standards of the committee, exampling risk-balanced leadership
Collaborate extensively with Global and International Compensation, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and other key stakeholders to shape and implement incentive a framework that balances business growth with sound risk management
Serve as the primary contact and strategic advisor to senior business leadership on all aspects of incentive design and governance, including performance-based plans, contests, and referral programs, ensuring programs are equitable, effective, and in compliance with both policy and regulatory standards
Leverage learnings and best practices from committee deliberations to enhance and strengthen overall governance framework
Challenge the status quo and implement innovative solutions to existing processes that uphold framework, while tailoring to the intricacies of each market
Effectively and efficiently manage business expectations and raise appropriate issues to Senior Leadership
Partner across the company to drive continuous improvement in total compensation
Minimum Qualifications
8 years demonstrated experience in incentive compensation, general compensation, governance, and exposure to a broad range of compensation practices
Proven leadership experience and demonstrated ability to develop talent
Experience designing and governing elements of total compensation programs
Self-starter attitude with ability to learn quickly and work independently
Ability to communicate to and influence senior leaders, and demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Proven experience successfully managing multiple, multi-faceted projects and producing quality deliverables on time
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization
Ability to manage tasks and subject matter with considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits
