Job Description

Joining International Card Services business, this person will play a crucial role in driving sales effectiveness by providing strategic insights, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment.

This person is responsible for enhancing the sales process and supporting the sales team to increase the penetration on Global Customers wherever they do business across Americas region, leveraging on the extend footprint offered by Global Dollar Card solution. This role involves collaboration with Global Commercial Services - G&L team as well as other internal areas, developing sales materials, analyzing market trends, and ensuring a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to account development teams.

  • Ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business goals.

  • Streamline and improved sales and onboarding process in coordination with other areas.

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance sales productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor offering and customer needs.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support sales strategies and business growth.

  • Develop reports and dashboards to track performance and key metrics.

  • Act as a liaison between sales, product/marketing and implementations teams.

  • Support the integration of new commercial cards products and services.

  • Address and resolve escalations or concerns from G&L teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial payment solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Experience in gathering and analyzing market opportunities and presenting recommendations to Account Development team.

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.Ability to see the big picture, anticipate market trends, ana align sales support efforts with business goals.

  • Ability to lead discussions and influence decisions.

  • Collaboration and teamwork – work well with cross-functional teams.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adjust strategies based on evolving business needs.

  • Resilience and persistence – ability to maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to build strong relationships, understand team dynamics and navigate difficult situations effectively.

  • Business level fluency in both English and Spanish (written and oral).

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
