We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to administer and align our sales performance plan with our growing advertising business. In this role, you will work within our Apple Ads Sales Strategy and Operations team to understand our go-to-market plan, product roadmap and leadership objectives. You will partner cross-functionally to build processes and systems in place, to scale and drive efficiencies across the program and develop solutions that support our business strategies.
Description
In this role, you’ll develop processes and systems to scale the sales performance program for a global sales organization, test and pilot incentive programs, and provide data-driven analysis to understand their impact. You’ll partner with the Sales Operations Analytics team to perform analyses and build reporting that effectively monitor plan performance and attainment. This role will support the launch of new products and teams with curated plans that drive revenue and growth, educate the sales team on quarterly performance initiatives, and design an intake process to facilitate plan feedback. Additionally, you’ll partner with the Finance team to ensure the financial viability of programs and adherence to overarching compensation principles.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis or sales incentive plan management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and influencing other teams within a complex business environment
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Solid understanding of data, reporting and the use of systems to implement operational objectives
Proven ability to lead change in a complex, global business environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience within the media advertising and performance marketing landscape
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
