Summary

The Display Hardware team is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer to join the development of next generation displays for Mac products.

Description

Minimum Qualifications

• BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience

• Experience in mixed-signal EE design at either IC or PCB level?

• Experience in circuit/math analysis and modeling, with proficiency in simulation tools like SPICE or MATLAB.

• Experience with design and analysis in one of these areas: power electronics, analog/digital circuits, or high-speed signal integrity

• Hands-on experience in hardware prototype bring-up, debugging, validation and failure analysis

• Experience with full ECAD workflow for schematic capture, PCB layout, BOM generation

• Skills in scripting, factory data processing, or test automation, and programming experience in Python, Shell script, MATLAB or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Self driven and highly motivated with passion for crafting and innovating, attention to details, strong problem-solving skills

• Hands-on maker demonstrated through hardware projects, passion for bringing ideas to life

• Need to be comfortable working in fast paced and highly collaborative work environment?

• Proficiency in EE validation/characterization tasks, and familiar with lab equipment and test automation

• Develop factory test plan and manage manufacturer partner to conduct data collection, and analyze large-scale data?

• Ability to communicate and present technology updates and project status to executives and functional teams??

• Consumer electronics and high-volume production experience

• Modern display technologies, such as LCD, TFT, OLED, LED etc.
