We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Creative with a strategic mindset, deep cultural fluency, and a proven ability to lead high-impact, design-driven brand experiences. This role demands a fearless creative leader who can translate business and brand objectives into emotionally powerful storytelling and experiential moments that move culture and build brand love.
You’ll partner closely with leaders across Creative, Strategy, and Production to shape work that is visually exceptional, strategically purposeful, and deeply felt—from intimate gatherings to large-scale global activations.
Description
As Head of Creative, Events & Experiential, you’ll lead the concepting and execution of culturally relevant experiences that bring Apple’s Services to life. From large-scale consumer activations to curated industry moments, your work will connect audiences to the brand through immersive storytelling and bold creative vision.
You’ll be responsible for responding to creative briefs with innovative, insight-driven ideas that elevate perception and inspire engagement. Working closely with partners in Strategy and Production, you’ll ensure all creative work not only meets business objectives, but also pushes the boundaries of experiential marketing.
- Lead and oversee creative development for event and experiential campaigns that are ambitious, culturally relevant, and on brand
- Translate strategic goals into high-impact creative ideas across physical and digital environments
- Mentor and guide multidisciplinary creative teams—art directors, experiential, graphic, and 3D designers, as well as external creative partners
- Collaborate with strategy and experience leads to ensure creative alignment with campaign objectives
- Present work to senior leadership and partners with clarity, inspiration, and a strong point of view
- Uphold a high bar for craft across all phases—from concept decks to physical execution
- Ensure timely delivery while advocating for innovation and excellence
Minimum Qualifications
12 to 15+ years of experience in creative direction within experiential, brand, or agency environments
Proven record of leading immersive brand experiences that resonate emotionally and culturally
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across live events, integrated campaigns, and brand storytelling
Deep understanding of the end-to-end creative process, from ideation to execution
Ability to turn strategy into compelling creative across multiple platforms and environments
Fluent in entertainment, design, music, sports, cultural trends, and how to apply them creatively
Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams
Highly proficient in Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite
Exceptional attention to detail while juggling multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with motion design (After Effects) and 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender)
Background in award-winning, culturally impactful experiential or entertainment campaigns
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $176,700 and $266,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
