The wireless team is looking for developers who have experience in handling complex firmware integration and test. The ideal candidate should be passionate about software quality and capable of designing innovative solution to ensure the quality. This incudes designing new process, test solution, automation development and advanced tool development to debug issues reported during the final integration phase.
This role provides the developers opportunity to work with various cross functional teams and exposure to both lower layer phy team and protocol stack team. The software delivery will be integrated into iOS, macOS, tvOS and watchOS. The focus of the team will be on continuous integration, per commit build/test, automation scaling and build infrastructure improvement/innovation.

Apple’s Wireless Software team is seeking talented, highly motivated and disciplined engineers to work across layers on groundbreaking wireless technologies. The position involves identifying and/or developing core wireless technologies that solves everyday problems for customers using iPhone, iPad, Watch and other wireless product lines. This team takes pride in not just coming up with proven software designs but also in disrupting traditional models of the wireless ecosystem. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer science/electrical engineering or related degree
1+ year of python development experience
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Proficient in using version tracking system like git
Experience with complex software integration is a plus
Experience with equipment automation is preferred

Outstanding communication skills vital to collaborate with multi-functional teams
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,700 and $204,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
