We are seeking a motivated, ambitious Senior Product Manager who is passionate about the app ecosystem and Apple Developer community to join the App Distribution and Platform Integrity team. You will work with partners from a diverse set of business, design, and engineering teams to build innovative products and features that help app developers all around the world reach users while maintaining the high standards of the Apple app ecosystem.

Description

  • Establish and drive the product vision and strategy for enhancing app distribution features and technologies, including App Store Connect workflows for Notarization, App Review, In-App Purchase submission and management, and app distribution controls

  • Drive comprehensive and scalable solutions for fulfilling regulatory requirements while upholding a world-class developer experience

  • Partner with Worldwide Developer Relations to educate our developer community about our distribution features and capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience focused on serving the mobile app ecosystem and developer community

  • Demonstrated experience leading highly cross-functional teams in successfully launching large-scale products featuring robust user experiences with high business impact

  • Demonstrated experience using data and insights to successfully influence and negotiate with partners, collaborating with engineering and design teams to solve technical problems and create experiences that developers love

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience

  • Ability to define and drive a product vision to drive adoption and engagement with the target audience

  • Ability to operate seamlessly between highly detailed, technical situations and strategic business situations

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to put data into context for non-technical audiences

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to see the big picture

  • Able to thrive in highly collaborative projects and navigate ambiguity

  • Experience developing platforms and tools for global two-sided marketplaces

  • Knowledge of mobile software ecosystems, including competitive and 3rd party products and strategy

  • Experience developing apps on Apple platforms or working closely with app developers

  • Fluency with Keynote and strong executive presentation skills

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience; Advanced degree a plus

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $195,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
