How will you make an impact in this role?
As a Sr. TPM, you will be required to leverage technical knowledge to drive delivery of multi-disciplinary programs across technical, regulatory, and business requirements—from beginning to end, translate business objectives into execution strategy, anticipate, track, and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments to project delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
Certifications in project management methodologies is preferred.
3 years in program delivery and project management.
Experience with Agile/ SAFe/ Lean methodologies a plus.
Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities and teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical knowledge sufficient to understand and discuss technical challenges and systems design.
Ability and aptitude to learn new technical skills quickly.
Working understanding of major coding languages to track delivery challenges and support solutioning.
Experience writing technical documentation.
Ability to manage cross-functional projects with technical dept.
Strong understanding of organizational, product, and industry standard metrics.
Ability to leverage metrics to diagnose problems and improve delivery.
Ability to collaborate across teams and able to build and leverage strong working relationships and bring different opinions to consensus.
Understanding of the full life cycle of product development, from concept to delivery, including Test Driven Development (TDD).
Ability to manage the post-production processes, drive quality, and implement testing best practices.
Technical problem solving and issue-resolution abilities.
Ability to maintain a high attention to detail in a deadline-driven work environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
Strong understanding of interconnections between various business priorities.
Demonstrated knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates, and management techniques.
Strong ability to manage change in a dynamic environment and influence others without direct authority.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
