The Global Commercial Services Marketing team is responsible for creating an end-to-end global marketing strategy for our prospect & customer segments around the world.
Within Global Commercial Services Marketing, the Global and US Large Enterprises (G&L) Marketing vision is to deliver essential value to Customers and Field colleagues through best-in-class B2B marketing.The Senior Analyst, B2B Customer Marketing will contribute to the G&L marketing vision by implementing multichannel communications and campaigns for both target audiences of Program Administrators as well as Decision Makers in the segment. Program Administrators (PAs) are defined as employees who play the integral role of managing their client’s Corporate Program. We aim to educate this audience and showcase our latest digital tools and resources to equip them to perform their role successfully. Decision Makers (DMs) are the C-level executives who influence decisions and our partnership. While PAs remain a core focus of this role, this position will be instrumental in evolving and scaling our engagement with Decision Makers (DMs) through strategic communications and thought leadership content.
How will you make an impact in this role?
This Senior Analyst will support a cohesive multichannel strategy including digital campaigns, experiential marketing, asset creation for the Field organization, and own paid media. We ultimately want to leverage these channels to inspire our valued clients and build meaningful, deep and loyal relationships.
This person will support a Senior Manager, helping to assess the current experience, identify areas for improvement, and implement change through strategy, marketing execution and operations. This Senior Analyst will join a dynamic and cross functional team, collaborating closely with partners across the Enterprise to support a critical and strategic priority for the company – driving engagement via clear, consistent, and compelling messaging to both Program Administrators and Decision Makers in the Global & Large space.
Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in the Global & Large segment, specifically the Program Administrator and Decision Maker audiences, representing their needs in campaign development
Help develop and execute best-in-class 360-degree surround sound marketing plan to drive Program Administrator and Decision Maker engagement
Execute end-to-end campaign setup and deployment across marketing platforms, ensuring campaigns launch accurately and on schedule across channels including email, site, content and events
Build and manage campaign timelines, coordinating stakeholders and keeping work on track from concept through launch
Manage cross-functional relationships across key internal partners (Middle Market Marketing, Product, Field, Brand) and serve as the primary point of contact for Compliance and Legal partners to ensure adherence to all applicable requirements
Own and manage relationships across multiple external agency partners
Support field teams through creating best-in-class collateral, partnering cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights and scaled marketing initiatives that drive engagement with Global & Large clients.
Analyze campaign performance and contribute to test-and-learn initiatives to improve engagement and marketing effectiveness
Own multi-channel reporting, synthesizing results into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, and project management
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders
High attention to detail with experience managing work through complex approval processes (e.g., legal, compliance, brand)
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing performance data, identifying insights and applying them to evolve marketing
Strong communication skills, including experience building PowerPoint presentations and presenting insights to stakeholders
Experience in content development and client communications, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging; exposure to thought leadership or executive-level content preferred
Ability to operate independently, solve problems, and drive work forward in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of driving results, analyzing data, reporting and trends. (i.e. KPIs tracking, budget, scorecards)
Proven ability to influence and gain alignment across Product, Legal, and Marketing partners in a matrixed organization
A passion for creating engaging client experiences to support our brand
Superior project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
Creative eye, with a passion for designing visually compelling and effective marketing communications in partnership with creative agencies
