How will you make an impact in this role?
This position serves as the Chief of Staff reporting directly to the VP Risk Product Development (Band 60) and is an integral member of the leadership team.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to learn various aspects of product development function. They will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with software product leaders, learn about product development lifecycle & large enterprise initiatives.
The incumbent’s key responsibilities will include:
Working with the functional leaders to align organizational priorities, drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, and ensure delivery against financial targets
Developing communications and presentation materials for executive-level audiences
Supporting risk governance, oversight, and audit functions as well as regulatory affairs
Planning line-of-business reviews, staff meetings, colleague town halls
Partnering with Human Resources to implement talent management programs – recruitment, training and development, colleague recognition, compensation, and retention
Special projects including partnering with product operations
Contractor Management – Management of SOW’s for ~10 vendors, onboarding/offboarding contractors, annual SOW negotiations and ongoing amendments, monthly accruals to finance, verification of payments, etc
Headcount Tracking & Financial Analysis – more detailed tracking of resources, type of work PO/PD, value stream, funding type etc
Interacting effectively with colleagues at all levels in the organization to strengthen team culture, continuously improve the work environment, and identify and resolve issues
Directing department-wide administrative functions, including operating expense management
Minimum Qualifications:
Superior organization skills and scrupulous attention to detail

Adaptable interpersonal skills, high energy, and a proven team-first mentality
Impeccable integrity required for handling confidential information
Rigorous and analytical approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization
Intellectual curiosity and learning agility needed to explore and evaluate new ideas
Extensive experience leading project management
Ability to work autonomously and on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in leading Project Management Office (PMO) and/or Product Development experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in business, operations research, mathematics, computer programming, data science, engineering, or a related quantitative field of study
Prior business consulting experience

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
