How will you make an impact in this role?

Enterprise Digital Portfolio and Program Management (EDPP) partners across Enterprise Digital to drive strategic alignment, portfolio transparency, and disciplined execution. The team connects multi-year digital strategy to actionable plans and ensures leaders have the visibility needed to make informed, enterprise-level investment and prioritization decisions.

As Senior Manager, Program Management & Investment Planning , you will play a key role in coordinating portfolio-level planning, program execution, and prioritization activities across Enterprise Digital, while advancing priority initiatives and broader portfolio needs. This role emphasizes annual investment planning, demand consolidation, and transparency into prioritization decisions, alongside targeted program management and leadership support.

You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Enterprise Digital including EAPP (Enterprise Acquisitions Products and Platforms), EDX (Enterprise Digital Experiences), EDR (Enterprise Design and Research), and EDEA (Enterprise Digital Experimentation and Analytics), building strong relationships to align on strategic priorities, manage competing demands, and drive informed, data-driven decisions. You will analyze large, complex data sets to generate actionable insights and shape clear investment recommendations.

Working closely with LPM (Enterprise Ways of Working) and Product Operations teams, you will help facilitate prioritization discussions and ensure inputs and outputs are structured, aligned, and effectively communicated across the organization.

A critical component of this role is the ability to translate complex inputs and decisions into clear, compelling narratives and develop high-quality, executive-level materials that provide transparency into investment choices and alignment to enterprise priorities.

Responsibilities

Investment Planning:

  • Coordinate portfolio-level program management and prioritization activities across Enterprise Digital, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams and workstreams

  • Drive the annual investment planning cycle, including intake and consolidation of product and platform demand across EAPP, EDX, EDR, EDEA, within the central planning team’s timelines and milestones

  • Consolidate and structure portfolio demand into clear, transparent views of priorities

  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and support prioritization discussions in partnership with LPM (Enterprise Ways of Working)

  • Capture and translate prioritization outcomes into clear, actionable outputs and communicate decisions, priorities, and implications to stakeholders across the organization

  • Synthesize complex inputs into clear, cohesive narratives that connect initiative-level detail to enterprise priorities and outcomes

  • Develop high-quality, executive-ready materials and presentations that clearly communicate priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes

Program Management:

  • Support the advancement of high-priority Enterprise Digital initiatives by driving early-stage discovery, clarifying scope, and identifying risks and dependencies

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help unblock progress and maintain alignment across key initiatives

  • Support leadership with reporting, communications, and employee engagement activities as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, strategic planning, or investment planning

  • Strong ability to synthesize diverse inputs into structured views that inform decision-making and provide transparency into outcomes

  • Demonstrated experience supporting prioritization, planning, and cross-functional alignment in complex environments

  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to develop clear, well-structured, and visually compelling executive materials

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization

Preferred

  • Experience supporting large-scale digital or enterprise initiatives

  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean portfolio management concepts

  • Experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools (e.g.,Apptio, Clarity, Jira, NVision)
