We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Business Enablement team to support products like Apple Pay and Tap to Pay, and Apple Services like Apple Music and more. You will lead product management of a partner-facing portal that is used by thousands of partner and Apple team members to collaborate worldwide.
You will be responsible for ensuring our product roadmap enables business priorities to the highest level of business impact, delivering solutions that scale through seamless partnership with cross-functional business teams. This product is essential to key business activities including partner relationship management, partner onboarding, partner collaboration, and more.
Description
• Build internal and external technology solutions to streamline engagements between Apple and business partners
• Define the product vision, strategy, deliverables, and roadmap
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to identify and synthesize customer friction points and opportunities
• Conduct detailed assessments of competing opportunities to qualify and quantify their potential business impact
• Drive the product and business planning processes, defining desired outcomes, specifying success metrics, and ideating, assessing, and prioritizing solution options
• Ship effective solutions to solve specific business problems, continuously iterating to increase the value delivered by the solution
• Build positive partnerships with cross-functional teams and internal partners, aligning them around the product vision and desired business outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of business software product management experience
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years experience as a business software product manager with a successful track record managing all aspects of the product development lifecycle and shipping software products at scale
Skill at leading cross-functional collaboration, working across teams to drive alignment across lines of business, engineering teams, and testing teams
Expertise making data-driven decisions and focusing on outcomes over outputs
Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid product development methodologies
Ability to influence without direct authority to drive cross-functional alignment
Proficiency with application analytics, business process mapping, and workflow analysis and design
Familiarity with UX standard methodologies, design-thinking, customer journey mapping, and persona development
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
