Job Description

The Central Operations Senior Manager is a role which will aid in facilitating and leading the collaboration efforts needed for the Call Planning and Field Feedback tools. The Senior Manager will be the Business Owner of the tools used to build and modify the Call Plans, as well as the platform and processes used to obtain feedback from Field users to generate information consumed by Call Planning and Incentive Compensation teams.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for vendor and timeline management, cross-team coordination, and process improvement to streamline and manage enhancements. The role is also responsible for acting as liaison between Franchise Teams, Commercial Operations, Center of Excellence, IT, Training, OEC, and Legal.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality and timeliness of key deliverables and embrace the idea of participating in workstreams, acting as the key point of contact.

  • Effectively prioritize across competing projects, maintaining constant flow of communication with customers and demonstrating strong project management abilities.

  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to enhance/improve existing process/outputs

  • Effectively manage vendor partnerships (timelines, budget, communications) with specific projects and initiatives.

  • Serve as liaison between Therapeutics Operations and Analytics, Business Technology Solutions, Training, and Franchise teams to partner in the design, deployment, training, maintenance and communications of field facing solutions.

  • Own cross functional projects in capability with minimal supervision by manager.

  • Own cross franchise best practice sharing in the execution of key solutions, system enhancements and changes.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize adoption of initiatives.

  • Proactively recommend improvements to streamline current processes and improve system functionality.

Qualifications

  • BA, BS degree required. BA/BS required to ensure effective understanding and application of business concepts.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management (including leadership of a significant cross-functional project), marketing or sales operations or information technology.

  • 3 plus years analytical and/or Commercial operations experience required, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SQL, Snowflake

  • Preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, compliance regulations and standards

  • Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously with sense of urgency.

  • Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to clearly and confidently articulate complex and difficult concepts to a broad client base, including senior leadership, sales leadership, and other high-level contacts.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, in a matrix environment, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders (verticals, COE, brand teams).

  • Self-starter with strong focus on internal and external customers and operations

  • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiencies and further integrate data to better serve business needs.

  • Seeks out diverse and different ideas and fosters collaborative team environment.
