Description

APPLE INC has the following available in New York, New York. Drive content initiatives and strategic planning for Apple TV originals, advising internal partners on best practices to increase engagement and audience retention. Coordinate with Operations and cross-functional teams to secure, schedule, and prioritize new content for launch and ongoing programming. Monitor performance dashboards and key engagement metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and provide actionable insights for programming optimization. Develop and implement targeted content strategies tailored to different platforms. Support the planning and execution of featured placements, editorial promotions, and cross-content campaigns to highlight strategic content initiatives. Provide expert guidance on the use of Apple’s internal content management systems, advising teams on workflow improvements, personalization strategies, and operational efficiency. Assist international teams with content programming and editorial guidance, ensuring consistent strategy and effective execution for global launches. Conduct quality control and post-launch evaluations, documenting issues and providing recommendations for system or workflow improvements. Communicate editorial plans, schedules, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across Marketing, Product, and Operations teams. Support mentoring and training of team members on platform workflows, content planning methodologies, and analytics-driven decision-making. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800.00 - $221,200.00/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.

  • Experience and/or education must include:

  • Developing and implementing editorial strategies to maximize content visibility, engagement, and revenue across multiple regions.

  • Utilizing content management systems to implement programming plans, manage featured placements on platform, and optimize content workflows.

  • Analyzing content performance metrics such as impression-to-play and impression-to-tap rates, using internal dashboards and reporting workflows to inform programming decisions.

  • Designing platform-specific strategies incorporating regional audience behaviors and engagement trends.

  • Collaborating with engineers to improve platform personalization, leveraging internal tools and audience data to provide feedback that enhances user experience and content recommendations.

  • Managing cross-functional launch planning processes, collaborating with Marketing, Design, Product, and international teams to align campaigns and ensure timely execution.

  • Providing guidance on metadata architecture and content tagging logic to optimize content discoverability, visibility, and platform performance, offering recommendations to the teams implementing changes.

  • Preparing executive reports and performance analysis to track, measure, and optimize campaign effectiveness across multiple markets.

  • Advising on international original content launches, providing strategic feedback on programming plans and editorial strategies to ensure consistency and high performance across regions.

  • Training and mentoring team members on editorial tools, content planning methodologies, and platform-specific programming strategies.
