Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Design and configure infrastructure for Apple Digital Support & Diagnostics Engineering. Engage with teams across Apple to Architect and build reliable available, secure and performing infrastructure. Design and build Infrastructure including Compute and Storage in Cloud and on premise. Deploy and manage Kubernetes applications using Spinnaker and Helm. Monitor and Troubleshoot using Splunk and APM tools such as AppDynamics and Grafana. Troubleshoot application specific, network, system & performance issues. Build and maintain CI-CD infrastructure to enable rapid build to release cycles for software engineering teams. Build automation tools to define IaaC and deliver infrastructure services reliably and in a repeatable fashion. Mentor and guide junior engineers. 40 hours/week.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Information Technology, Technology Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Technologies, Information Assurance, Business Administration or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Kubernetes or Helm;
Terraform or CloudFormation;
Ansible;
Unix Shell Scripting;
Splunk;
Python or Java.
