As part of our WW Sales Enablement & Transformation group, you and your team will be responsible for implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world.
These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays. As a Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering key initiatives that support a broad, cohesive sales solution strategy.
Description
As a WW Sales BPR Manager, you will lead a team that is responsible for partnering with the Consumer and Enterprise functions to define and implement a growing project portfolio to support the team, partners, and customers. Your team will manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously, lead cross functional teams through all aspects of the project from ideation through solution validation, and be responsible for the overall demand intake and due diligence process.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
Define and handle complex multi year capability roadmaps that align to business strategies
Provide functional subject matter expertise and technical leadership to help inspire innovation
Manage a large portfolio of programs from funding, resourcing and timeline perspective
Build and lead a high performing team of individual contributors to deliver on projects portfolio
Act as an advocate for Channel Sales in cross functional initiatives
Act as a liaison between the functional teams and other internal partner such as IS&T & AIML teams to design and deliver comprehensive solutions for the business
Manage change, implement new ideas effectively within the Apple culture
Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and customer focused approach
Partner with cross-functional teams and business partners to remove barriers and get results, without compromising the overall quality of end results
Engage globally to gain perspective in projects, understand differences in regional processes and develop relationships to align on expectations for solutions being developed.
Define and implement critical metrics to measure portfolio and team members success
Provide timely, relevant communication and elevate critical risks to project, management and senior executive leadership
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience
5+ years of people management experience
Background in product and program management, or similar function driving large scale complex business process/technology transformation initiatives
Ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams and attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support
Deep expertise in strategy development, process design, and implementation
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple’s values
Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
Proven track record of leading teams to deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
Proven business acumen, strategic planning skills, and analytical ability to anticipate roadblocks, remove obstacles, and analyze the market beyond the short term
Ability to communicate and influence at multiple levels of cross functional organizations.

Proven track record of leading strategic programs, combined with the ability to complete tactical project-level actives and tasks
Empathy and tenacity to support the needs of a diverse team, navigate ambiguity, and embrace change
Passion for process improvement with an approach that encourages innovation, elimination of waste, and efficiency improvements
Demonstrated forward-thinking capabilities with the ability to see beyond the current state, identify risks/opportunities, and drive their project team toward the desired outcome
Experience leading AIML projects and initiatives is a plus
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $184,300 and $277,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
