Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Drive business transformation with end-to-end business process optimization and delivering enabling technology solutions with aligned process, people, technology and data. Manage program operations through functional expertise in CRM end-to-end processes (Market to Sell and Quote to Order) and CRM functional domains (Pipeline and Opportunity Management, Quoting, Campaign and Lead Management). Lead the US Education Sales business and operational aspects of Apple Salesforce programs. Create Salesforce roadmap, initiatives and programs to align with business priorities and goals. Implementing the US Education go to market strategies for any new products and features. Coordinate with geo sales and world-wide cross-functional teams prioritizing and driving initiatives. Collaborate on complex business concepts, leading analysis, identifying requirements and making recommendations. Analyze and identify problem areas and pain points within the sales organization and work with stakeholders to solve and improve pain points. Ensure platform governance with aligned standards and controls engaging with cross functional governance team. Oversee the integration of technology platforms with new and existing Sales platforms and programs. Partner with sales operations leadership on operational reporting and analytical requests, such as board reporting, sales productivity, performance analysis, quota tracking, funnel conversion metrics, and other sales KPIs. Build and leverage weekly reporting and forecasting for the sales teams to proactively engage on areas of opportunity and challenges in the business. Assist in training of new users, and growing the Salesforce skill set across the organization. Research, document, and troubleshoot new issues within the platform assigned. Ensure fixes are adequately addressing root issues and updates are communicated with affected users. 40 hours/week.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Salesforce roadmap and analysis, including translating business requirements in Jira
Working with cross-functional teams to define and optimize sales processes
Defining architecture for Salesforce ecosystems and delivering sales enablement solutions
Integrating Salesforces utilizing tools such as Mulesoft, including drafting data migration requirements, documenting criteria, scheduling timeframes for data loads and performing updates
Building Tableau dashboards and CRM analytics
Developing proof of concepts using constructs of Salesforce, including flows, validation, and list views
Salesforce system and user testing
Salesforce application training, including report and dashboard training
Providing Salesforce application support
Certification as a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.
