Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Utilize knowledge of Design and Technology to conceptualize, design, and create the user experience for several Apple products and services. Craft the user interface design for iOS, OS X, WatchOS, TVOS, plus potential services and features. Utilize interdisciplinary sensibility toward graphic, product, and digital media design. Expand on and build out future enhancements to iOS, concept dynamic user interface models for the software experiences, and be involved in individual and group critiques of their work. Create sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, prototypes, and written documentation, using modern design and prototyping tools, graphic design, interaction design, visual design, branding, and UX research. Articulate and present vision/designs for consumer-facing digital products purposefully and thoughtfully to other team members and team leaders. Translate design guidelines into digital products that meet user needs and technical feasibility. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 - $264,200/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Design and Technology or a related field and 1 year experience in the job offered or related occupation.

  • 6 months of experience in each of the following skills is required:

  • Experience in 3D animation and motion design utilizing After Effects and Cinema4D

  • Proficiency in rapid prototyping including experience developing immersive prototyping for wearable devices, and experience in AR/VR platform development

  • Experience in designing spatial interfaces such as for Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality, and experience integrating spatial computing concepts and architectural principles

  • Experience in real-time 3D graphics pipelines and rendering techniques

  • Experience in UX/UI Design for Accessibility-related features, focusing on inclusivity

  • Executing production-ready specs for implementation, encompassing both 2D and 3D elements.

  • Utilizing advanced 3D modeling software for asset creation, spatial design, and visualization

  • Applying problem-solving skills to address spatial and design challenges unique to AR/VR environments.
