As a Vendor Operations Lead, you will play a key role in managing vendor relationships and driving operational efficiency, directly supporting our business goals and values. Description

Manage and maintain relationships with assigned vendors, ensuring alignment with Apple’s operational goals and standards.
Monitor and analyze vendor performance metrics, finding opportunities for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, legal, and product development, to ensure seamless vendor operations.
Negotiate vendor agreements and terms under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Leverage internal and external data to provide insights and recommendations that enhance vendor performance and operational efficiency.
Support the development and execution of processes to streamline vendor onboarding, compliance, and ongoing management.
Ensure vendor operations adhere to industry regulations and Apple’s rigorous standards for quality and ethics.
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for vendor activities and performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, operations.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships or operational processes to achieve measurable results.

  • Solid understanding of vendor coordination, performance evaluation, and process optimization tactics.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with vendors and internal partners.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
