The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.
The Co-Brand Product Management team is a high impact group within the Product Management and Lending organization. Working with Blue Box business key linkages (i.e. GMS, Membership Rewards, Small Business, etc.), the team is responsible for developing and managing strategic consumer Co-Brand Card products and partnerships with the world’s major airlines, hotel chains, financial institutions, and retailers.
About The Role:
Accelerating growth in our Co-Brand portfolios is central to our company’s strategy to meet our customers’ evolving buying and payment needs while diversifying revenue streams and driving top line growth. This Senior Manager will play a critical role in the future of the Delta Co-Brand portfolio. As 2026 marks the 30 th Anniversary of the Delta & American Express Co-Brand partnership, this Senior Manager will leverage their strong financial acumen and analytical skills to set the long-term portfolio roadmap, inclusive of strategizing on opportunities to drive incremental revenue, benefit constructs to deepen demand and resonance with Delta customers and mutually beneficial portfolio economics.
The successful candidate must be able to quickly develop strong relationships with many constituents across Delta and American Express, gain deep understanding of all Delta card economics and deal terms, remain tapped into industry trends and changing partner dynamics, demonstrate ability to support partner negotiations, and establish an appropriate level of influence to progress initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Support a variety of high-priority activities on the Delta Cobrand portfolio, including the long-term portfolio strategy and future product roadmap
Derive insights from industry trends, all customer touchpoints and key portfolio metrics to develop a thoughtful product line strategy
Identify incremental opportunities to deepen the Delta Co-Brand partnership, drive revenue, and market expansion
Manage the coordination of agendas and materials for senior leadership and executive meetings to foster on-going partnership and portfolio discussions
Support partner negotiations and alignment on long-term deal constructs
Partner daily with Delta Air Lines & American Express colleagues to gain alignment and drive critical initiatives forward, including on-going initiative prioritization and status updates
Collaborate with peers to identify and implement operational efficiencies for more succinct and seamless processes
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to analyze market conditions and trends to identify opportunities
Clear and persuasive communication for building relationships and negotiating
Achieving win-win situations in partnerships and contracts
Developing long-term business strategies that align with company goals
Strong attention to detail (involving financials, contracts, operations, etc.)
Strategic thinker willing to work in whitespace environment
Strong storytelling and deck building skills
Creative, customer-first approach to problem solving with ability to quickly connect dots
Learning agility and flexible style; able handle changing priorities and a range of projects
Partner management experience and ability to influence
Strong financial acumen, analytical skills and comfort leveraging data to tell a story
Flexible—willing to take on multiple projects and able to juggle many priorities
Prior experience with Product Management or Business Development is a plus
Willingness to ask questions and challenge the status quo
Qualifications
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
