Description
The Hardware Technologies Organizational Development & Learning (HWT OD&L) team seeks an Online Learning Content Developer to create on-demand learning content that helps enable technical and career development for all HWT team members globally at scale.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS in instructional design and technology, media production, or related field and 3+ years designing interactive online learning for technical audiences.
Experience with instructional design models (i.e. ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, Bloom's Taxonomy).
Preferred Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management skills with ability to manage and effectively prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
Experience with Apple production tools (Final Cut Pro, Motion, Compressor) and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop).
Experience in design thinking and storyboarding.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
Experience working in engineering environments.
Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions.
Ability to leverage AI tools in instructional design workflows.
Portfolio of previous online learning content work.
