We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Program Manager to join Hardware Engineering’s Operations team and take ownership of high-impact initiatives in our resource management efforts, especially focused on labor and work spaces. Our mission is to systematically enable and improve HWE’s business and operational outcomes. That means building systems that scale, optimizing processes, and using data to drive the right decisions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and can influence without authority. You'll lead impactful projects, harness and leverage complex datasets to inform strategy, and partner cross-functionally to drive operational excellence. Description
Primary responsibilities:
Own the development and execution of forecasting models and scenario planning to support business growth and workplace strategy.
Identify resource management process or data inefficiencies and relentlessly improve them, creating into scalable, resilient solutions.
Drive complex cross-functional initiatives — set timelines, align stakeholders, and hold teams accountable to outcomes.
Analyze large, disparate datasets to surface actionable insights for senior leaders.
Create executive-level briefings and operational dashboards that influence strategic decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience driving multiple, complex programs with measurable business impact.
Able to quickly grasp complex ideas and resolve conflicts across cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining project momentum.
Strong analytical skills — you love working with data and can connect it to real-world decisions.
Skilled in and experienced with business intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Real Estate, Workplace Strategy, Labor Planning, or Business Intelligence is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
