Description

We are seeking a self-motivated engineer to support the development of advanced III-V devices.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.

• Experience with epitaxial design and growth of optoelectronic devices.

• Experience with optoelectronic device modeling and simulation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.

• Ph.D. degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field

• Demonstrated optoelectronic device improvement by epitaxial design or growth optimization.

• Experience with optoelectronic device testing.

• Experience with III-V device fabrication.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Accountable with a self-initiative and proactive attitude.

• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
