Our Workplace Design Team focuses on designing incredible human-centered spaces and experiences that reflect Apple’s brand and values in the built environment, inspiring and empowering employees to achieve their best work.

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and detail orientated design professional with a passion for workplace design to join our team as a Test Fit Program Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of this program.

Description

As a Workplace Test Fit Program Manager, you will be focused on leading and developing the test fit program for Workplace. You will work closely with partners across the business, including Real Estate and Space Planning, to access space utilization and propose functional as well as creative design solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ Years of proven experience in space planning, test fitting, design management, architecture, or related industry experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee external partners to develop and execute a global program

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to develop strong working relationship across business groups and key stakeholders

  • Experienced in developing comprehensive presentations and documentation packages with excellent graphic verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Excellent planning, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in design (CAD/Revit), presentation, rendering, or similar tools

  • Familiarity with and ability to understand and interpret applicable building codes, local, and regional laws

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

  • Prior Experience as a Workplace Test Fit Manager, Strategist, Design Program Manager, or Real Estate Planner

  • Portfolio PDF or web link to body of work

  • Self-starter and capable individual contributor

  • Knowledge of current workplace trends and best practices

  • Thinks critically and creatively about how to regularly improve process and operations

  • Extremely proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong organizational skills

  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, priorities, and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high growth, and results driven environment
