The Global Strategy, Operations & Performance (GSOP) team serves as a Center of Excellence within the Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS) business unit, focusing on enterprise-level strategy, performance management, and operational delivery. We are a fast-moving, high-impact team tackling the company’s most important priorities.
The Risk & Remediation Program Management Office (PMO) is specifically focused on driving GMNS process excellence, Legal Entity Governance, First Line of Defense (1LOD) Compliance, Data Governance and managing large risk-related initiatives for GMNS.
The Analyst, Go-to-Market & Change Enablement , will support a cohesive and coordinated change management approach across GMNS and will be responsible for driving clarity, consistency, and action in support of GMNS initiatives and enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of high-impact communications strategies, drive stakeholder alignment across global functions, and ensure smooth and effective change adoption at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of the change enablement strategy in alignment with business goals and priorities
Partner with internal partners and stakeholders, facilitating discussions, tracking action items, and ensuring accountability to maintain initiative success
Draft, edit, and design communications across channels to support enterprise-wide initiatives and business priorities, ensuring clarity and consistency
Lead project and program efforts for initiatives, including planning and tracking of progress, documentation of processes, and partner communication
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong project management skills, including leading meetings, creating status reports, managing project plans, and tracking risks/issues and proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player that can build and strengthen relationships across the organization
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to develop strong and compelling presentations
Self-starter who thrives in an evolving, dynamic environment
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting data and deriving insights
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
High level of professionalism and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in change management, communications, project coordination, or business operations

Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually bonus benefits
