We are seeking a dynamic engineer to develop ATE test programs for debug, characterization, qualification and production of SoC devices specializing in the testing of High-Speed Digital and Analog/Mixed-Signal IP.
Description
- Collaborate with DFT and design teams to evaluate IP testability and debug silicon
- Develop and document ATE test plan for new IPs and products
- Design and debug test SW & HW for Production, Characterization & Reliability testing
- Bring quality and efficient test solution for volume production
- Coordinate test related activities between internal and external groups
Minimum Qualifications
- BS and minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS and minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience is required.
