As a Quality Analyst, you will be at the forefront of improving our operational quality to align with our business goals. By leveraging data and analytics, you'll support operational efficiency, and developer success across App Review’s global operations.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst to help design, implement, and maintain a robust Performance Quality Program. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence through data-driven insights, statistical controls, and process improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with quality management knowledge, root cause analysis skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years in quality program management, operations analysis, or process improvement in a customer service environment.
Proven experience in building or supporting a quality program and improving performance outcomes.
Proficient in Excel, SQL, and R for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action development.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of statistical methods, regression models, and SPC techniques.
Familiarity with industry quality standards and audit practices.
Experience with internal and external quality or regulatory compliance auditing.
Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning fundamentals, or advanced statistical methods.
Experience in technology, or supply chain industries.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
Strong communication skills with executive presence to present findings to senior leadership.
Collaborative mindset to work across multiple teams and functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Quality Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $88,300 and $166,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
