  • Monitor vendor relationships, feature rollouts, and lifecycle management of third-party tools

  • Lead Salesforce process optimization

  • Build and track dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign-level performance insights

  • Enable future-state workstreams including Zuora migration, CPQ optimization, and Global Dining ONEForce harmonization

  • Help with the development and maintenance of scorecards and forecasting

  • Manage team performance across tech infrastructure, project execution, and stakeholder engagement

  • Coordinate cross-functional priorities across Sales, Success, Implementation, Support, Marketing, Product, and Ops

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5–7 years of experience in revenue operations, enablement, or technical program management

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing people, roadmaps, and operational strategy

  • Expert in Salesforce (configuration architecture familiarity); Outreach.io, ChiliPiper, LMS tools

  • Comfortable with data architecture, analytics, and working with data warehouses

  • Proven success launching scalable programs and tooling for GTM teams

  • Familiar with governance best practices and regulatory compliance in a tech or sales environment

  • Effective cross-functional communicator with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Adept at prioritization, resource planning, and stakeholder alignment in a matrixed org

  • Passion for systems thinking, problem-solving, and enabling others to do their best work

  • Deep understanding of high-growth SaaS or platform businesses (restaurant tech experience a plus)

  • Values-driven leader who models the Blue Box Values and fosters inclusion, integrity, and innovation
