The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Digital Demand Generation team, within USCM, is responsible for delivering best-in-class marketing through Affiliate, Paid Media and Paid Search to drive intent & conversion of qualified applicants in the competitive digital landscape. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in managing key Affiliate partners– one of the largest channels in offsite digital.
Responsibilities:
Nurture relationships with affiliate partnerships through strong relationship building, influence and negotiation abilities to efficiently enhance and deliver value
Analyze levers of affiliate performance including pricing, positioning, merchandising while keeping an eye on the competitive landscape
Manage forecasting and bounty strategy for partner portfolio to deliver investment efficiency while supporting strategic demand generation
Provide operational and strategic support on additional top affiliate partners, in collaboration with people leader
Own the content review process end-to-end, partnering closely with legal, compliance and any other relevant teams to ensure all materials meet internal & external processes
Operate with a compliance-first mindset, consistently identifying risk and driving towards solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience with digital marketing and/or partnership experience
Strong partnership management skills required with proven track record of developing strong relationships both internally and externally, influencing outcomes and negotiating for impact
Self-starter with the ability to navigate the organization and processes independently
Highly analytical with the ability strategically assess opportunities and make data driven decisions resulting in tangible results
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, with ability to tell a story leveraging qualitative and quantitative evidence
Strategic and analytical approach, with experience delivering initiatives through testing and targeting
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift and speed matters
Team player with a willingness to support teammates and projects beyond immediate job remit and a positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude

Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
