The International Card Services (ICS) Center Of Excellence (COE) Corporate team is responsible the Corporate P&L across International, with the aim to accelerate profitable growth by:
Defining the long term vision for the ICS Corporate business
Supporting and influencing local market strategies, leveraging best practices
Identifying and executing strategic initiatives to drive incremental growth, partnering with cross business unit stakeholders
How will you make an impact in this role?
The Product Manager role is key in supporting our ICS colleagues to optimize and drive efficient growth of the Corporate business. We are looking for a dynamic individual with product management experience, who can take a strategic lens when working with stakeholders to focus in on the key activities required to drive impact and solve business problems in a cross functional, collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
Providing product management support to local product teams where common issues prevail across markets and/or coordination is required
Collaborating with intent, with the central product teams to steer strategy and development roadmaps to meet ICS client needs across International
Supporting cross market training / collateral support
Owning the charge out product process and status reporting
Partner with local market teams to understand, influence and support local Corporate strategies
Identify, prioritise and drive high impact strategic initiatives to accelerate Corporate P&L growth – developing robust strategies, utilising a deep understanding of customer needs and external market environment
Work in a cross functional environment to execute on key initiatives, partnering with teams across the Enterprise to drive desired outcome
Minimum Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent experience. MBA degree preferable
Proven experience in product management
Outstanding stakeholder management skills
Strong business acumen – understands profitability drivers and how to influence them.
Excellent oral and written communications skills. Proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to audiences at all levels
Proven ability to develop robust, comprehensive strategies to address business challenges
Significant experience in analysing data and financials, including strong Excel skills
Proactive, self-starter with a results-driven mindset, brings solutions not problems
Proven track record of solving complex business challenges, showing the initiative and tenacity required to figure out solutions and navigate ambiguity to chart a path forward
Strong collaboration and influencing skills with demonstrable experience leading or working with cross-functional teams
Experience in the Corporate or commercial space is desirable, specifically in the Corporate Product space
Qualifications
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
