Job Description

The Compliance Analyst – TMRPO Governance plays a key role in supporting governance, documentation, and reporting activities across the program. This position is responsible for driving change management processes, maintaining high-quality documentation, as well as tracking project status, remediation efforts, and milestone evidence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of Change Management Control (CMC) requests, ensuring documentation is seamlessly created, routed, and approved in alignment with governance standards

  • Bring clarity to complex processes by creating and evolving program documentation, including the TM Rule Program Manual, procedural guides, and dynamic process flow diagrams

  • Build strong partnerships with SMEs and stakeholders to align on priorities, enhance processes, and deliver impactful outcomes

  • Translate business insights into clear, actionable procedural updates by working closely with SMEs and key stakeholders

  • Own and maintain detailed project plans, supporting remediation efforts and governance initiatives

  • Partner with milestone and task owners to monitor progress, remove blockers, and help drive timely delivery of key initiatives

  • Conduct data research and compile evidence to validate milestone and deliverable completion

  • Develop and maintain project reporting, including dashboards, scorecards, and leadership-ready status updates

  • Support governance routines and reporting cycles, ensuring alignment with program objectives

  • Contribute to additional initiatives and responsibilities as needed to support team priorities

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Exceptional technical writing skills, with the ability to turn complex processes into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, uncover trends, and translate findings into meaningful insights

  • Proven ability to track and manage project status across multiple workstreams, balancing competing priorities effectively

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across documentation, reporting, and governance activities

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage stakeholders and SMEs at all levels

  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into structured, audit-ready deliverables

  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and improve processes or data quality

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high-quality output

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in AML compliance, governance, risk, compliance, or program management environments

  • Familiarity with change management processes and documentation standards

  • Experience developing and maintaining formal program documentation (e.g., manuals, SOPs, process maps)

  • Experience with project tracking, reporting, and governance frameworks

  • Professional certifications such as CAMS or project management credentials (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus
