Description
The People Product Management (PPM) team is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Employee Relations product lead to partner with our People/HR teams to drive optimization through our enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with ServiceNow HRSD, specifically within the Employee Relations module, and be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in a very fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role requires deep product expertise and experience with HR Employee Relations processes.
As a ServiceNow Employee Relations product lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction, development, and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams, you will assist in designing product solutions, defining requirements, and coordinating the execution and delivery of ServiceNow HRSD initiatives which improve the Apple team member experience, streamline People processes, and support strategic objectives.
A key focus of this role will be the Employee Relations module, ensuring it effectively supports the workflows and process of users. This individual uses their extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD product to drive roadmaps, art of the possible conversations, and helps to set vision and strategy to drive continual improvement and value within the Employee Relations module.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of ServiceNow HRSD product experience, particularly in HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management for Employee Relations, Employee Center Pro, Employee Journeys, and Employee Document Management.
Proven experience configuring, customizing, and implementing the ServiceNow Employee Relations module.
Experience delivering global, enterprise HR solutions that can scale
Experience evaluating solution options and formulating business cases
Ability to gain alignment between the technology and business strategy by proactive partnering with all levels.
Ability to use data and analysis to drive decision-making
Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Proven success in creating efficient business processes and willing to challenge the status quo
Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure
Drives change laterally across regions and organizations using influence skills
Maintains a positive attitude.
Thrives in ambiguous work environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Solid understanding of Employee Relations principles, practices, and legal requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree preferred
Familiarity with configuration of ServiceNow HRSD features and functionality
Leadership and mentoring abilities.
Ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual setting.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – HRSD certification.
Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) or HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
Experience with integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other HR systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft) related to Employee Relations data.
Experience with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to Employee Relations data.
Experience in Employee Relations, HR, or Legal roles, with a focus on investigations.
