Summary
The Product Integrity Team is seeking an experienced and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a Senior Director and their teams. This role requires an individual who can influence beyond their immediate team and proactively drive initiatives. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member, a steward of the organization's culture, and possess exceptional organizational skills, initiative, and a keen focus on details that produce excellence.
Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key contributor, extending your influence beyond your immediate team to support broader organizational business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
7 years of previous administrative experience supporting one or more senior executives
Expert-level proficiency with a variety of technologies and software tools — including Apple software like Calendar, eApproval, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers, and collaboration tools like Slack and Quip
Preferred Qualifications
7-10+ years of previous related administrative experience, preferably supporting Senior Director or VP level leaders in a fast-paced, high-tech environment (engineering teams preferred).
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously on complex assignments, exercising significant initiative and sound judgment in decision-making that impacts the team and organization.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently tailor messaging for diverse audiences, present complex information clearly, and effectively communicate the impact of changes.
Expert organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, adept at prioritizing complex workloads, anticipating needs, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Consistent track record of cultivating strong team and cross-functional relationships to create an established network of partners you collaborate with on important discussions and project planning.
Technically savvy, with a comprehensive understanding of various Apple tools/applications and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing new methods and new ways of working and technologies to improve processes.
Unwavering attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness, even when handling high-volume and complex tasks.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling highly confidential information.
