Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Moderation and Screening Operations Lead to drive the operational excellence and strategic growth of our online safety initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Policy, External Engagement, and Program Management, you will be instrumental in defining, optimizing, and scaling our global moderation and screening processes. This critical role requires a leader who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes, manage strategic vendor relationships, and collaborate extensively across functions to protect our users from harm. Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience leading moderation or content screening operations.
Proven track record of managing global operations, covering multiple countries and languages.
Demonstrated experience in vendor management, including performance management, budgeting, and scaling external teams.
Ability to operationalize policies into clear, executable processes.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
A hands-on approach, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
Some technical proficiency, with the ability to articulate business needs into technical requirements for product and engineering teams.
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
Familiarity with various moderation tools and technologies.
