This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
The Associate Director of App Strategy will develop and lead platform strategies to drive omni engagement, retention, and revenue with some of our highest value customers. This role involves strategic planning, market research, competitive analysis, roadmap planning, and significant cross-functional collaboration. They will work closely with product management, the Crate and CB2 brand teams, and leaders of key growth initiatives across the company to enable high levels of service and engagement via our app platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving business results in partnership with a cross-functional team.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Understand key user segments and identify value propositions for the app.
Partner with the product team to define the app's strategic roadmap and influence the product roadmaps to support prioritization of critical features based on user needs and business value.
Understand the intricacies of other product roadmaps and influence and coordinate priorities to support app strategy.
Collaborate with various teams, including product, design, engineering, analytics, and marketing.
Analyze app performance data for improvement opportunities.
Present strategy updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
Partner with brand teams for marketing and journey integration.

Experience Required:
8+ years working in ecommerce or digital digital-related field
5+ years in a leadership role on digital products.
Experience with omnichannel retailers.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience with site analytics, common CMS, and personalization tools, and AB testing;
Proven ability to measure results and track accountabilities to ensure desired outcomes and ROI
Minimum Starting Rate: $117,000.00 Annually
Up to: $140,000.00 Annually
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
