How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Responsible for supervising daily Trade Support functions for treasury products including managing life cycle events – settlements, coupon, maturities and accruals
Act as escalation point for operational issues and exceptions
Maintain Treasury Management System (“TMS”) static data and manage product testing and system configuration
Support regulatory filings for FR Y9C HCR Part 1, FFIEC101, FR Y14Q Schedule C/D; FR 2052a SBS Reporting to Liquidity and Non-Material Portfolio submission
Provide value-add analytics to support internal partners
Contribute to Key Performance and Risk Issue metrics
Monitor, report, and provide market commentary
Ensure controls & compliance with prevailing policies & procedures such as SOX, Process Risk Self-Assessment (RCSA)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with 6 years experience
Working knowledge of hedge accounting including designation, documentation, effectiveness testing and ongoing measurement
Ability to review hedge documentation and disclosures for regulatory and audit compliance
Proven leadership or team management experience
Knowledge and experience with FR Y9C capital ratios reporting
US GAAP knowledge for financial instruments
Experience managing and analyzing data, trade details, and P&L attributes
Strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex issues
Financial Markets acumen
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
Focus on delivery and impact proven track record in delivering results and achieving goals
Strong collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize independently
Positive attitude: willingness to learn and think outside of the box
Prior experience with Front Office and GL systems
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA/CA certification preferred
Experience in SEC/Regulatory reporting for Tier 1 / 2 Financial Institutions a plus
Bloomberg experience is a plus
Experience with Power BI, SQL or other data transformation tools a plus
Product/Process knowledge with a focus on Treasury related activities preferred

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
