Description

In this role, you'll be empowered to:

  • Translate recruiting business needs into clear product requirements that improve efficiency, compliance, and create an exceptional candidate experience
  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve ATS features and integrations
  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from research and requirements gathering to launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization
  • Anticipate and manage upstream and downstream dependencies across multiple systems and stakeholders
  • Facilitate complex discussions by uncovering the “why” behind requests and driving decisions that balance business and technical tradeoffs
  • Visualize concepts in real time (slides, whiteboards, documents) to clarify options and capture decisions
  • Communicate effectively across audiences — from executives to recruiters to engineers — building alignment and trust
  • Ensure recruiting processes and tools meet compliance requirements, while designing user-friendly solutions and intuitive workflows
  • Maintain a problem-solving mindset and proactively address blockers to keep projects on track
  • Collaborate across time zones (Pacific time and India) as part of a global team

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR technology product management experience, including hands-on delivery with engineering teams

  • Experience in an in-house recruiting product or process role designing and implementing cross-system recruiting processes from design through delivery, including ongoing support and continuous improvement

  • Strong ability to analyze and manage cross-functional dependencies (business, technical and legal/regulatory)

  • Track record of driving clarity in ambiguous situations and enabling quick, informed tradeoff decisions

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build consensus, and drive decisions across diverse teams and leadership levels

  • Skilled at listening to stakeholders and translating requests into solutions that solve the underlying business problems

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with varied stakeholders (executives, recruiters, hiring managers, engineering, operations, legal, privacy, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • A self-starter with a deep sense of user empathy and an innate drive to solve complex problems and craft extraordinary user experiences

  • Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements and the creativity to solution within regulatory boundaries
