The Senior Associate in Program Management will serve as the operational backbone of the Digital Workplace program function, owning Jira Cloud configuration, workflow design, reporting infrastructure, and documentation integrity across Digital Workplace and Global Real Estate initiatives.
This role will ensure structured tracking, automation, and reporting consistency across global site projects and workplace technology programs.
Key Responsibilities
Jira Cloud Ownership
Own Jira Cloud configuration including workflow design, ownership logic, automation, and reporting build-out
Create and maintain workflows supporting Digital Workplace and Global Real Estate initiatives
Develop automation to streamline tracking and improve transparency
Ensure system data integrity and alignment with documented standards
Reporting & Portfolio Visibility
Build dashboards and develop executive-ready PowerPoint materials supporting governance and leadership forums
Ensure consistent reporting across all site-level initiatives
Maintain accurate portfolio tracking while identifying cross-initiative dependencies, emerging themes, and enterprise-level impacts
Intake & Innovation Tracking
Manage intake process for new technology requests
Track innovations being evaluated, tested, and piloted
Maintain visibility into vendor pilots and evaluation status
Documentation Management
Maintain RACI documentation and update based on aligned changes
Maintain centralized documentation of Technology standards and processes
Required Qualifications
4 years of experience in program management, PMO, operations, or systems administration
Proficient in configuring and managing Jira Cloud workflows
Proficient in Excel
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured executive narratives
Experience building dashboards and structured reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting workplace technology, global real estate, or future building technology
Experience implementing workflow automation
Strong documentation discipline
Experience supporting governance forums
Leadership Behaviors

Demonstrates strong attention to detail and process discipline
Proactively identifies inefficiencies and recommends improvements

Qualifications
Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
