Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Review architecture and design specifications. Extract design features and develop attributes and verification plans. Work with designers to verify DFT implementation and run various checks. Implement test benches and generate advised/constrained random tests. Debug failures, run gate-level simulations, supervise bugs, and close coverage. Handle schedules and support multi-functional engineering effort. Assist in verification flows, automation scripts, and regressions. Work with test engineers to bring up test patterns on silicon. In-depth knowledge of UPF and low power flow. In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programing. Strength in flow automation and efficiency improvements. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 - $205,500/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field.

• Education and/or experience in each of the following skills:

• Knowledge of large processors and SOC designs

• Directed or random verification, coverage analysis and assertions

• Using scripting languages such as Perl, Python or TCL

• Knowledge of general logic design, and DFT

• Using system Verilog assertion and coding

• Knowledge of HardIPs' functionality and their ATE test experience.

• Knowledge of memory and BIST repair flow
