The Global Commercial Services team (GCS) provides a range of payment, working capital, and currency solutions to help businesses of all sizes manage their payments and financing needs.
The Sales Enablement, Pricing, & Transformation (SPT) team is the analysis and business decisioning arm of Global Commercial Services (GCS) responsible for studying business performance and uncovering actionable insights to architect GCS growth and strengthen the culture of compliance and control.
The SPT Product Analytics team specifically partners with GCS Product organization to inform product roadmap decisions, commercial strategy, and portfolio performance management. The team delivers performance diagnostics, forward-looking insights, and scalable measurement frameworks that support business decision across the product organization.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of product performance drivers across client usage, merchant acceptance, geographic trends, competitive dynamics, and early warning risk indicators. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with strategic thinking, financial acumen, and executive-level storytelling, and thrives in a highly matrixed, geographically distributed environment.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Own product and client performance analytics, evolving measurement frameworks from descriptive reporting to diagnostic and prescriptive decision support that informs G&S growth and T&E strategy
Drive strategic insights and growth opportunities, including client segmentation, competitive positioning, and performance deep dives, translating complex analysis into clear business recommendations that influence product roadmap and investment decisions
Integrate advanced analytics and AI capabilities, leveraging automation, machine learning, and emerging decision intelligence tools to enhance forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and scalability
Lead performance governance and executive reporting, delivering monthly portfolio reviews with clear narratives on drivers, risks, and opportunities while strengthening KPI discipline and transparency
Represent analytics in cross-functional and cross-BU forums, framing risk, financial implications, and growth scenarios to senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Finance
Develop team capability and scalable infrastructure, mentoring junior talent and building reusable data assets, tools, and frameworks that increase efficiency and elevate analytical rigor
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance) or equivalent quantitative background
6 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, consulting, corporate finance, or related roles
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders effectively within a highly matrixed organization
Strong technical and analytical proficiency in SQL and Python (including ML/AI libraries), with experience working in large-scale data environments (e.g., HIVE, SPARK)
Experience translating complex analyses into executive-ready insights using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and structured storytelling
Strong financial acumen and proven ability to connect analytics to revenue growth, profitability, risk outcomes, and strategic business decisions in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Commercial Payments or Financial Services
Track record of leading analysts (directly or indirectly) and developing talent
Advanced quantitative degree or MBA preferred

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits
